About

The Sengendos.

We are the Sengendos. We have our feet planted and our roots growing in the soil of two continents–Uganda and the United States of America. The short story is that Stephen and I were married in 2010. In 2011, I met his family and as with many old world cultures I married the tribe also. As Ruth said to Naomi, “your people will be my people and your God, my God.” The twins were born in 2012 and my heart, family and the future is forever tied to Uganda.

Currently, I work as a instructional designer and change manager, in education, both in the US and in Uganda.
